IT HAS BEEN A BUSY SIX MONTHS FOR X-PRESS LEGAL SERVICES, THE SPECIALIST PROVIDER OF PROPERTY RELATED SEARCH REPORTS TO SOLICITORS AND CONVEYANCING PROFESSIONALS

Not only has X-Press Legal Services recruited seven new franchisees to its established network, it has also seen seven existing franchisees renew their agreements for a further 10 years.

Of the franchisees that have re-signed their agreements with X-Press Legal Services, over half have expanded their exclusive territory in order to grow their business further.

X-Press Legal Services has invested in providing additional support for its network of franchisees with the appointment of Don Erskine, its new field sales manager.

Starting your own business can be a daunting time for anyone, so employing Don ensures that the X-Press Legal Services network will have even more ongoing support with their businesses. Don’s role will primarily be to support the franchisees in order to help grow and develop their businesses by generating new leads and winning new clients.

Each new franchisee is provided with an intensive two-week residential training course at the X-Press Legal Services Training Centre in Warrington, Cheshire. The training programme covers every aspect of the X-Press Legal Services module, from administration to hands-on experience of completing a search.

Every franchisee is also provided with ongoing technical back-up, continuous sales and marketing support, and regular ongoing training. X-Press Legal Services operates in the property related search market, providing a business-tobusiness service that involves dealing with professional clients. It’s a low-risk model and a first-class product that results in regular, repeat business.

Clients, including solicitors and other conveyancing professionals, provide each franchise with a high volume, but not mass market, business. A relatively small number of clients can result in a large successful business.
